User Participation & Eligibility Terms

These terms establish the standards for participation in the private High Value Bridge network.

1. Eligibility

Participation may be limited to legitimate business owners, founders, executives, investors, capital providers, buyers, fund managers, strategic partners and other professionals whose identity, purpose and business interests can be reasonably established.

2. Verification

We may request information or documentation to verify identity, professional role, company affiliation, ownership, investment/acquisition interests, jurisdiction or other participation criteria.

3. Accuracy

Participants must provide accurate, current and non-misleading information and promptly correct material changes.

4. Authority and Disclosure

Participants must submit only information they are authorized to disclose. Because the platform does not establish automatic confidentiality over every submission, participants should not submit information they are prohibited from sharing.

5. Business Owners / Sellers

Business owners and sellers may submit high-level information concerning businesses, objectives, transaction preferences and relevant commercial facts, subject to their authority to disclose.

6. Buyers / Investors / Capital Providers

Participants seeking acquisitions, investments, partnerships or other opportunities are responsible for determining their own eligibility, authority, diligence and compliance requirements.

7. Introductions

We may decide whether and when to facilitate an introduction. No participant is guaranteed a particular introduction, transaction, investment, acquisition or commercial outcome.

8. Prohibited Activities

No fraud, misrepresentation, unlawful solicitation, unauthorized securities activity, market manipulation, misuse of confidential information, impersonation or other unlawful conduct.

9. Independent Due Diligence

Participants must independently evaluate counterparties and opportunities and obtain their own legal, tax, financial and regulatory advice.

10. Removal

We may suspend or remove participants where information is inaccurate, conduct is inappropriate, eligibility is not established, or legal/compliance concerns arise.
