Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of the High Value Bridge website, network, platform and related introduction services.
1. Nature of the Platform
High Value Bridge is intended as a private business and professional networking and introduction platform connecting potentially relevant business owners, founders, buyers, investors, capital providers, fund managers, strategic partners and other professional participants.
2. No Agency or Fiduciary Relationship
Participation does not create an agency, fiduciary, partnership, joint venture, investment-advisory or representative relationship unless expressly established in writing.
3. No Securities Marketplace
High Value Bridge is not intended to operate as a securities exchange, alternative trading system, crowdfunding portal, broker-dealer, securities dealer, investment adviser or custodian.
4. Introductions
An introduction is a connection opportunity, not an endorsement, recommendation, valuation, fairness opinion, due-diligence conclusion or guarantee of a transaction.
5. User Transactions
Any transaction or agreement between users is solely between those users. Users must conduct their own legal, financial, tax, commercial and regulatory due diligence.
6. User Content
Users remain responsible for information they submit and represent that they have authority to disclose it. We may review, restrict or remove content for compliance, security or platform reasons.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not provide false information, impersonate another person, engage in fraud, unlawful securities activity, unauthorized solicitation, market manipulation, harassment, malware distribution, scraping or other unlawful conduct.
8. Fees and Compensation
Any platform or membership fees will be disclosed separately. Compensation linked to securities transactions will be used only where legally permissible and appropriately structured.
9. Intellectual Property
Platform branding, content, software and materials are protected and may not be copied or exploited without permission.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, security or commercial reasons.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided as-is and we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, suitability or outcome of any introduction or opportunity.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of SEC (in U.S.) and SEBI (in India), with courts/tribunals at India, subject to mandatory applicable law.
